Yes, we do we ask for a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of your conformation to proceed with the booking of your event. All deposits that are taken are used towards your final invoice balance that is due one month before the date of your event.

We have multiple options for paying for your booking.

• Credit/Debit Card (using card machine)

All setups can vary in time, this is depending on the size of both the venue and decoration we are doing. We usually work with the venue and liaise with them to give ourselves a few hours window for all venue dressings. As for collections we are able to either collect at the end of an event or the next day or so, dependant on the venue. We strive to always arrive earlier in the possibility of any difficulties that might be encountered.
